Over 10 Years in the Fitness Industry starting as a Personal Trainer and continuing education to become an Exercise Physiologist.

  • General Fitness and Health Improvements.
  • Sports specific training (Individual and Group Sports) – In Season and Off Season strength and conditioning.

  • Rehabilitation – Minor Injuries to Post Surgery.
