Over 10 Years in the Fitness Industry starting as a Personal Trainer and continuing education to become an Exercise Physiologist.

- Weight loss/Reduction of Body Fat and Toning.
- General Fitness and Health Improvements.
- Sports specific training (Individual and Group Sports) – In Season and Off Season strength and conditioning.

- Rehabilitation – Minor Injuries to Post Surgery.
